Stepping Up for Mental Health

I attended a fabulous event out on the Gandy Dancer Trail in Centuria this past weekend. It can be difficult to access mental healthcare in our area and it was great to meet so many people from Polk County working to improve access and destigmatize treatment.

I'd also like to highlight the mental health services available through Polk County's Behavioral Health Services Department. They are a fantastic resource when you need help connecting with services.
